Yoga

God has given us all bodies to use for God’s glory and kingdom.  Stress, lack of exercise, bad habits, and diet all serve to break down those bodies and make us feel exhausted.  Part of being a whole person who can be fully connected to God is learning to relieve the stress the world puts on us and reconnect to the center of who we are.  When we do that, we can come to God with no masks, no excuses, and let God work.
